So as we approach years end & we watch 2018 slowly fade away. We anticipate a fresh anointing of God's grace & mercy to carry us into 2019. It is my prayer that in this new season of life that each of you will experience something new, something bold, & something beautiful. As we all strive to be living, walking, breathing, vessels for the Lord.
I am extremely thankful for my past year's journey. One of the greatest highlights of the year for me was the opportunity to bring the word of God to each of you, every single week. Rain or sunshine my commitment to this process has never wavered. I've always said that if God ever gave me a platform to bring a message of hope & redemption to the world I would be all on board. And this past year when that opportunity presented itself I couldn't have been more happy!
We all know that there is a time & season for everything under the sun according to the word of God. So of course there were some not so happy moments as well. But all in all God has been extremely good to me. I'd like to leave each of you with a very simple, yet thought provoking question today. What are you going to do in this next season (chapter) of your life to make a difference in the world? What imprint will you leave in the Earth? Okay so that was two questions, but hopefully it got you thinking about the trajectory of your life for 2019. I'd also like to leave you with at least one scripture to ponder.
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to each of you who chose to take time out of your busy schedule to read any one of my blog posts throughout the year. It has been such an honor & prilvilege to encourage, uplift, & inspire you. I look forward to writing many more blog entries for years & years to come.
As you go forward in your daily journey I extend love & peace to each of you. I pray that you find your "it" and that you OWN IT. That the chains of this world be broken off of you & that you walk in the light that God intended you to walk in.
With dedication & servitude
